BCI Security guards are carefully selected by means of Pre Employment Checks and several assessments, including aptitude tests are taken prior to undergoing intensive training.
In order to provide our clients with the highest standard of service and professionalism, particular emphasis is laid on discipline and communication.
We provide onsite training to suit each of our client's specific needs and assure that the highest caliber of Security Office is appointed to each site.

BCI works extensively with new and existing clients in drafting Standard Operating Procedures and Site Specific Requirement documents for each client.
Our BCI Guards Supervisors conduct checks at all guard sites, this will include random checks. All security guards are connected with the BCI Control Room by several means of communication including Hand Ratios, Panic Buttons and Clocking In Devices.
